Take Charge of Your Schedule! The ‘Best Practice’ recommendation is no more than 3 Zoom (or other online technology-run) meetings a day, with at least one hour between each one. Additionally, no “sitting” should last more than 90 minutes. As much as possible, allow breaks between your Zoom meetings (and other online activities), and use that time to do activities that do not involve technology. For longer meetings/classes, allow a 15-30 minute break every 90 minutes, and encourage everyone to go for a walk and get away from the computer.
